DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGS
This cause came on for trial the 13th day of April, 1976
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and detennines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
_ and subject matter of this suat; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage be-
tween the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis- -
solved. It is thereupon -
ORDERED AI~D ADJUDGED as fol lows :
lo DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DONALD
JAGK YOUNG and I~'.ARGARE~ RUTH YOtJI~G be and the same is hereby
dissolvecTi,~ and the parties_ and each of them are ~ereby forever

freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

them and from the obligations arising therefrom..
2. CUS'1~ODY. Custody of WILLIAM DAVID YOUNG, Age 12 years;
and DONNA YOUNG, Age 8 years, minor children of the parties, is
hereby awarded to MAItGARET RUTH YOUNG with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to DONALD JACIC YQIJDTG~
3. SUPPORT. Com~nencing the~day of~ , 1976,
DONALD JACK YOUNG shall pay to MARGARET RUTH YOUNG he sum of
$50.00 per child per month, for the support of the children '
named above. ;

Each payment shall be ma~e to the Clerk of this Court and ;

by him remitted promptly to MARGARET RUTH YOUNG. In addition
there is hereby assessed sum of $1.00 as statutory co4t5 to be
