' ACKNOWLEDGbiENT AND RATIFICA~ION BY
GRANTSE
The Grar_tee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed aad ex-
ecution of thi~ Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, ack-
nowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits,
and that conveyance by such doed is_sub3ect thereto. The Grantee
does further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provi-
~ sions (including the-WIND~ILL VILLAGB BY TI~ S~A RECREATION C$NTSR
LTASB as filed for record in Official Records Book 189 on pages
1829 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
-Florida, and the acts of the officers and~Directars of WINDMILL
VILLAGE BY 'THE SEA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCI.4TION, INC., a Florida
corporation aot for profit, in making and entering into said
Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said provisions;
the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions

for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of Condomin-
ium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that

above.
