PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
NHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the law~ of the United States of Ameri~ca, is
now the owr~er and holdsr by assignment of the following mortgages ~
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970: by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental ~
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business 7rust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encuc~ering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
_ more particularly described; as am~nded by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of $1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of «ortgage Deed was rec~rded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, a~d as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
irt Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
NNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Sank to release the property•hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from.the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Five
& DOLlARS

does remise, release, quit clai:n, ~xonerate and discharge fran the
-lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain pcrtion of the property conveyed

and discharged of and from the lizn of said-Mortgage; provided, always,

alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
