5. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate are: real property in the value of $10,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set.forth in paraqraph 8. -
8. The original of the decedent's last will dated May 23,
1973 accompanies tbis petition.
Petitianer requests that the decedent's will be admitted to
probate~and that SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COIINTY be appointed personal
representative of the Florida estate of the~decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the fcregoing
and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge and belief.
