- THIS-CAUSE coming before me upon the matter of continuing the ,
power of certain subpoenas previously issued in this cause for the .
previously scheduled trial date of February 23. 1976, anci the Ceurt
being fully appraised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the trial of this cause has been reset to the trial _
period beginzing June 14, ].976.
2. That each-and every ~ubpoena heretofore issued will remain.
in full force and effect for the trial period beginning June 14, 1976,
and far each day of the said period, and a copy of this order served
• upon any witness shall be as effective as a subpaena issued and
reciting the above mentioned trial date.
