~THIS CAUSE COMING ON TO BE HEARD before the Court upon motion
of the Petitioner's attorney for a temporary order concerning
custody and child-support, and the Court being fully advised in
the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows; -
- ~
1. That the Petitioner, DONNA CONVILLE LEAL, shall have the
temporary care, custody and control of the one minor child of
the parties. - -
2. That the Respondent, JIMMY EDMDND LEAI,, shall pay the swn •
of $15.00 per week, starting April 23, 1976 as temporary child support.
Each payment sha12 be made tQ the Clerk of this Court and,by _
him remitted promptly to the Fetitioner DONNAL CONVILLE LEAL. In
,
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs i
;
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. A21 payir~ents sha~3
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parti~s
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and re~idence addresses at 311 times while this order iQ in effect.
3. That the Respondent is hereby enjoined and restrained from
interfering with, harassinq or annoyinq the Fetitioner.
