_ THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court upon
motion of Petitioner's attorney for temporary relief,~ and each of
the parties hereto being present and represented by counsel and
the Court having heard the testimony of each of the parties and their
respective witnesses, and the Court being otherwise fully advised.
in the premises, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as f.ollows:
1. That the Petitioner, HARLAN C. HENDRY, shall have the
temporary care, custody and control of~the minor child of the parties,
WENDY JEAN HENDRY.
j 2. That the Petitioner, HARLAN C. I~ENDRY shall have the
I temporary use.and possession of the rental property of the parties
located at 308 S. 20th Street, Apartment B, Fort Pierce, Florida
tog2ther with the temporary use and possession of the household
furnishings located therein and that the Respondent, BRENDA B.
HENDRY, shall vacate the said premises by 5:00 P.M. April 14, 1976.
3. That the Respondent, BRENDA B. HENDRY, shall have the _
temporary use of the jointly owned 1974 Plymouth automebile during
the hours of 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday and said
automobile shall be picked.up and returned.to 2801 S. 4th Street,
Allen Plaza, Suite 89, Fort Pierce, Florida. The Petitioner, HARLAN
C. HENDRY, is hereby awarded the temporary use of the automobile during
all other hours and days not included above.
THIS ORDER entered at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie Count~, Florida,
this 14th day of April, 1976._
