SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my eatate, whether real, peraonal, or mixed, and wherever siteiate, and
whether acquired before or after the making of this Will, to my husband, HENRY

of us died first, then I make the following disposition of my estate: -
(A) If OftTALIS ENGINEERING COMPANY shall be indebted to me
in any amount at the date of my death, whether such debt shall be evideneed tiy

thereon be forgiven and canceled in its entirety .
