WILFRED B. OSTRANDER
~ I, WILFRED B. OSTRANDER, a citizen and resident of St. -
Lucie County, Florida, beinq of sound and disposing mind and 3
memory, do hereby revoke and annul any and ail Wills and Codi-
cils thereto by me at any time heretofore made, and do hereby
make, publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will
and Testament.
I. -
I will and direct that all of.my just debts, funeral
expenses and expenses of my last illness be paid as soon as
practicable after my death.
II.
I give, bequeath and devise all of my estate, including
any property over which I have a power of appointment, and
dll real, personal and intangible property, of whatever kind,
character and description, and wherever situated to my wife,
ADELE M. OSTRANDER, if she shall survive me. In the event my -
wife shall not survive me, I give, bequeath and devise all of
.my estate as aforesaid in equal shares to ray children, W. RICHARD _
OSTRANDER, ROBERT H. OSTRANDER, MARY ANN OSTRANDER, and PENNY
SUE OSTRANDER, or to their survivinq issue, per stirpes.
III.
In the event my wife and I shall die simultaneously, or
under circumstances which make it difficult to determine which
of us died first, or if my wife shall die within sixty (b0) 8ays
after my death, I direct that my w~_fe shall be conclusively deemed
