to have predeceased me for the purposes of this Will, and I direct i
that the provisions of this Will shall be construed upon that
assumption. This paraqraph sha11 not, however, deprive my
wife of possession or enjoyment of property which she would -
otherwise be entitled to and this paragraph shall be given '
eftect only to the extent it does not violate any applicable

IV.
Whenever, under the terms of this Will, any property would
vest in absolute ownership in a person prior to his attaining
the age of.twenty-one (21) years, said property shall be.dis-
tr~buted to ny trustee, hereinafter named, to be he~d by him in
trust, notwithstanding any other provisions of this Will to the
contrary. My trustee may accumulate the income from such preperty
held in trust for the benefit of such beneficiary or may apply
all or any portion of the income and principal to the support, _
maintenance, and e3ucation of ~uch beneficiary, either by direct
payment to such beneficiary or to the guardian of the property
or person of such beneficiary, or to the person with whom such
beneficiary may reside, or by application of the payment for
such support, maintenance, or education, giving due regard to ,

such~beneficiary's other means of support. The principal and ~
accrued or accumulated inceme of the trust shall be distributed ~
to such beneficiary when he attains the age of twenty-one (21) ~
years, or if he shall die before attaining the age af twenty-one
{21j years, then upon his death, to his surviving issue, per
stirpes, or if there shall be no then surviving issue, to his

heirs at law, as determinel in accordance with the laws.a~f tl:e
State of FZorida.
