1 appoint my wife, ADELE M. OSTRANDER, to be the Executrix
of this Will. In the event she shall fail to qualify or cease
to act, I appoint my son, W. RICHARD OSTRANDER, to act as
Executor in her place.and stead. I appoint my son, W. RICHARD
OSTRANDER, to be Trustee of any trust created by the provisions
of this Will. I direct that my Executrix and Trustee shali not
be required to post bond or other security for the faithful
performance of their duties hereunder.
I waive compliance by my Trustee with the provisions of
the Trust Accounting I.aw, presently Chapter 737 of the Florida
Statutes, as that chapter now exists or may be hereinafter
amended, and I waive compliance with any other law of any
jurisdiction requiring qualification of trustees, or adminis- ~
tration or aCCOUnting by truste~s under the supervision of any
court. Instead, I require taat my Trustee shall furnish annually
to each beneficiary possessing a vested-interest in either income
or principal of any"trust createa hereby, or to the guardian or
legal representative of any such beneficiary under legal dis-
ability, a statement of accaunt showing in detail receipts, ,
disbursements and distributions of both income and p=incipal.

I hereby give and grant unto my Executrix and Trustee,
or any other subs±itute or successor personal representative, _
€ulZ right and power,~which may be exercised in either capacity,
to hold, manage, invest, reinvest, sell, convey, mortgaqe, pledge,
and lease all or any portion of any property, whet~'~er real,
personal or mixed, tangible or intangible, wherever situated,
of which I may die seized or possessed, or which becomes part
- of my trust estate created hereunder, and i further give and
grant to my Executrix and Trustee, or any o~her substitute or
successor personal representative, the right to otherwise dispose
