administration of the Estate of Wilfred B. Ostrander, de-
ceased, the court finding that the decedent died on March
7, 1Q75; t.hat the only interested person is petitioner; that
the material allegations of the petition are true; and ttiat
an Order of Summary Administration should be entered; it is
ADJUDGED that there be iimnediate distribution of the
