DYSSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the 1~~ day of - ,
1976, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this sjit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is ~
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSO~UTION OF MARRIAGE. The~marriage between the husband,
LAWRENCE BUDDIE STALKER, and the wi€e, CHARLENE OLIVIA STALKER, be,
and the same_is~hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore .
- existing between them and from the obligations ari.sing tY~ierefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of DEANNA STALKER, CINDIE STALRER, T1NA
STALKER and RGBERT STALKER, minor childre:~ of the parties, is herehy
awarded to the wife, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
tbe husband. - .
3. SUPPORT. Commencing Friday, April 16, 1976, the husband
~ shall pay to the wife the sum of $60.OQ each and every week for the
support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court and
by him remitted promptly to the Clerk. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. .AI2 payments sha31 ~e made in cash, money
order_ of cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
