superiar to a11 rights, claims, liens, interests, encumbrances
and equity of the Defendants, and all persons, firms or corpora-
tions claiming.by, through or under the Defen~iants or any of them
and the proeprty will be sold free and clear of any claims of the -
Defendants. .
6. The property described herein above shall be
sold by the Honorable Roger Poitras, Clerk of the Court. at public
outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash at the East Door
of the St. Lucie County Courthouse in the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida, during the legal hours of sale at 11:00 A.M. on the
