DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 6th day of April, ~

1976, and the Court having given full consideration to all ~

- the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris- ~
dic~ian of the parties and subject matter of this suit, that
• the relation of husband-anct wife now exists between the
parties, and that tlie marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is fhereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The Marriage between MAURI~E _ ~
MARSHALL ROBERTS and SANDRA MARIE ROBERTS be and-same is
hereby dis5olved, and the parties and each of them are forever ~

them and fram the obligations arising therefrom. ~
2. CUSTODY: Custody of BRIAN MARSHALL ROBERTS, minor t

child of the wife, is hereby awarded to the wife, SANDRA MARIE - _
ROBERTS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to MAURICE _
MARSHALL ROBERTS. - _
3. JURISDICTZON: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the ;
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
