~ DISSOLUTIOI~' OF MARRIAGE .
THIS C1~USE came on for trial on the 13th day of April, ~
1976, and the Court having given full consideration to all ~
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris-
• diction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit,
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties, and that~the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS: -
1. DISSOLUTICN OF MARRIAGE: The Marriage between

I WILLIAM LEROY FENN, JR., and BRENDA LEIGH PENN, be and the
same is hereb~•-dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. -
2. CUSTODY: Custody of CHADWICK JASON PENN, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to BRENDA LEIGH PENN,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to WILLIAM LEROY
PENN, JR.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 20th day of April, 1976,
WILLII~M LEROY PENN, JR., shall pay to BRENDA LEIGH PENN, the
sum of $20.00 each and every week, for the support-of the
child named above.
4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and
the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further -
orders as may be proper. ~
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, ~
