~ (4) That the prayer for partition of all jointly owned '

is hereby granted and the parties shall have thirty (30).days ~

from April 2, 19?6 to transfer said property between themselves j

by agreement or to secure a sale for said property to third p3r- ;

ties. If after thirty (30) days the parties cannot agree to an ~
~ exchange of said properties or do not secure third party purchaserS
~ for said property, a sale of said property shall be ordered in
accordance with the p~rtition statute and judicial sales. If the ?

: parties can agree by stipulation that all or part of the property ;
is indivisible, then in that event the property agreed not to be ~
subject to division shall be ordered sold without the necessity t
o~ appointing commissioners. If the parties cannot agree,
: then in that event, commissioners will be appointed and the ~ i
procedure set out in the partition statute shall be followed. -
(5) The Court denies.the request of the wife for exclus-_:
ive possession of the Surfside duglex as described in paragraph (1~
; as Parcel 5, as a form of alimony.
(6) The Court further finds that the wife has no inter-
est in the $40,000.00 which had previously been loaned to Mr. .

and.Mrs. Bost nor does she have any interest in the money in tiie .

Safe Deposit box. '
(7) The Court further finds that the wife has no further ~

interest or shares in the Profit Sharing Plan set up by the ~

John F. Gaul Construction Comgany. .
(8) The Court also finds that the wife has no interest '
in the corporate stock af John F. Gaul Construction Company.
(9) The Court further finds that in view Qf the substan- ~
tiaZ property in joint names the wife is not entitled to receive
alimony.
