John F. and Carole S. Gaul dated June 24, 19T4 in the amount ~

, John F. and Carole S. Gaul dated August 12, 1974 in the '
amount of $11,000.00. .

Juhn F. and Carole S. Gaul dated August 15, 1974 in the
amount of $3,000.00.
(5) A promissory note from John F. Gaul Construction Company to ~

amount of $10,00Q.00.
(6) A promissory note from John F. Gaul Construction Company to
John F. and Carole S. Gaul dated January 7, 1975 in the
anlount of $10,000.00. _

John F. and Carole S. Gaul dated January 13, 1975 in the

(11) That the parties shall each pay their own ,
