ORDER
This cause having come on for hearing before me on the
. Motion to Disburse the deposit filed by Defendants, O. WAYNE
ROLLINS, R. RANDALL RO~,LINS,-and GARY W. ROLLINS, as partners
of RGW Gompany, owners of Parcel 101, and it appearing that
there are no other interests adversely affecting the taking
and that the real property taxes on the parcel have been
~'I paid in full and the court havin3 considered argument.of
counsel, it is therefore, _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the clerk disburse from the
funds deposited by the Plaintiff with resoect to Parcel 101
the sum of SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED and 00/10~ DOLLARS
($62,200.00) to O. WAYNE ROLLINS,R. RANDALL ROLLINS, and
~ GARY W. ROLLINS, as par~ners of RGW Company.
