costs and other expenses incident to thase foreclosure proceedings.
8. The Defendant, C.I.T. FINANCIAL SERVICES, INCORPORATED,
is the apparent owner of an alleged se~ond mortgaqe lien agaiiist ;
t':e above-described real property of t~.e Defendants, DONALD R.

is neverth~2ess inferior to the above-described mortgage lien of ~
~.e Plaintiff; that in the event the above-described property is
sold at Public Sale as specified above, it ~hall be sold free and
clear of any claims, Iien or encumbrance of the Defendant, C.I.T.
P~7Ai~iCIAL SERVICES, INCQRPOItATED, as a result of the said second
~ortgage lien; and that if any pra~eec~s of such sale rem~in after
pay~ent of the aforer.lentioned sum owing to the Plaintif f and costs °

9. Upon receipt of the purchase price paid at said sale,

s~le be fi~ed within the time required by Law, saxd Clerk shall
i~sue Y:is Certificate of Title and Certificate of Disbursements, -
a::d r.e shall disburse and apply the proceeds of the sale in the

(a) His fees, allowances, commission and expenses; ;
