14. Upon the issuance and filing of the Certifi~ate of
Title herein referred to, the Defendants, and all_claimants by,
throuqh or under them, shall stand and be forever barred and foreclosed
of any riqht and all estate, rights, interest, demands and equit-ies
of redemption in and ta said mortga~ed property and every part and
parcel thereof, and upon production of said Certificate of Title,
the said Defendants, and each of them and all claimants as aforesaid, ~
shall surrender and yield possession of real property to the purchassr

~ at said sale, or to his or its agent thereunto authorized.
11. Thfs Court retains jurisdiction of this cauae for ~ {

the purpose of makinq any and all further Orders, ~udgments a~nd
decrees herein a~ may be just and equitable, including an Order
For a Deficiency Judgment. -
