2. That, through an inadvertent error, Affiant's name was
set forth in the said Mortgage Beed and note above as "Camila Comba."
3. That, on November 11, 1975, ~iffiant was and is one and the

same person as Camila CombR, and-in truth and fact Affiant's name
is CAR*~LA COMBER . _
4. That this Affidavit is given to clear the above error in
name on the seid Mortgage Deed and no~e and is filed in support thereof.
