~ WHEREAS, the Florida Bank at Fort Pierce, party of the ~
second part upon the request of the undersiqned has agreed to '
~ the Modification and Extension of the note and mortgage described ~
above. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That the ;
undersi~ned for and in consideration of the agreement of the Floric~a
Bank at Fort Pierce, the party of the second part to modify and to~
extend the terms of said note and mortgage as aforesaid and in fur-
ther consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable
considerations to each of the undersignPd paid by said party of
the second part at and before the ensealing and delive~y of these '
presents, and receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed, d~ hereby
: covenant and agree to and with said party of the second part as ~

FIRST: That the above described mortgage shall continue
-to be a valid first mortgage lein on the property herein described'
~ and said mortgage shall stand as security for the payment of the
sums listed below.
~ SECOND: The current balance on the prinaipal as ot
March 1, 1976 due on the above described note is $57,081.39.
~ interest shall be payable on the above sum at 7 1/2$ per annum.
Principal and interest shall be paid at the rate of $7,200.00,
said payments to include interest,in ten (10) semi-annual payments'
beginning on September 1, 19~6 and shall be made on each March lst'
and September lst of each year thereafter until fully paid.
