WHEREAS, Sun Bank of St. Lucie County has been appointed
the duly qualified personal representative of the estate of
Hugo Wilhelm Feye, deceased; and
WHEREAS, the last will and testament of Hugo Wilhelm ~
Feye, deceased, d41y admitted to probate and record, expressly
conferred upon Sun Bank of St. Lucie County as the nominated
executor full authority and power to sell and convey any part of

o notice, as the said nominated~executor may deem best and with-
out any order from any court; and

representative, is now seized and possessed and of which .
