FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
This cause came on for hearing upon Motion for Final
Judgment, the pleadings and proofs, and the Court finding that
it has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties~,
that Final Judgment of Foreclosure should be entered in favor
of the plaintiff and against the defendants, that there is due
to the plaintiff the sum of $16,118.46 for prin~ipal, the sum
of $2,951.70 for interest accrued through April 12,1976, the ~
~
sum of $65.00 for expenses incurred for the cost of an abstract
of title, for a total of $19,135.15, and $3.09 interest per day
thereafter through the date hereof, together-with attorneys'
~ f~~,s of $300.00, and Court costs of $94.OG, and that all such
~ sums are secured by the lien of the mortgaqe being herein fore-
~
closed, it is

1. Unless said sums are paid forthwith, the property
