Pierce, Florida.~ Notice of such sale shall be published as provided by statute. 2. Upon confirmation of the sale as~provided by statute or by Order of Court, the Clerk shall disburse the proceeds' of sale by paying: _ (a) The costs and expenses of this action incurred after the date hereof, and said attorneys' fees. ~ (b) The remaining amounts due the plaintiff with interest thereon as provided by statute through the date of sale. - , 3. Shc~uld there be a surplus after the payments above specified, it shall be paid into the Registry of the Court. ~ Should there be a deficiency, the Clerk shall report the amount thereof ta the Court. - 4. The plaintiff may bid for and be the purchaser of the property at the sale. ~Should the plaintiff be the successful bidder, it shall pay all costs and expenses of sale and be ~ credited on its bid so much of the amounts due it as may be necessary to satisfy its bid. 5.
