tion of the personal representative of the estate of G. Fred
Hunker, deceased, and the court finding that the estate has
been groperly distributed, that claims of cred~.tors have been
paid or otherwise disposed of, and that th,e personal representative
should be discharged, it therefore is ~
ADJUDGED that:

2. The personal representative is hereby discharged.
