BEFORE ME, a duly authorized and commissioned officer in +

the State and County aforesaid, personally appeared, J. MICNAEL BRENNAN~ ~
first being duly sworn upon oath, and says:

1. That NICHOLAS C. MILHOAN and NENRIETTA B. MILHOAN were

the owners as joint tenants of the following described property:
Lot 2, Block A, REVISED PLAT OF COBBS PARK, a -
subdivision according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 8, page 54, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That on April 23, 1976, a final judgment for Dissolution
of Marriage was entered by the Honorable William G. Tye, acting ~
Circuit Judge in and for the 19th Judicial Circuit, St. Lucie County,
Florida, Case No. 75-1322, whereby the Property Settlement Agreement - ~

entered into by NICHOLAS C. MILHOAN and HENRIETTA B. MILHOAN was

incorporated in the Judgment. }
3. That under the Property Settlement Agreement entered
into by the Parties, NICHOLAS C. MILHOAN qui~claimed any and all
interest he had in the above property to HENRIETTA B. MILHOAN.
4. That at the Dissolution of Marriage, HEi~TRIETTA B.

MILHOAN resumed her maiden name of HENRIETTA B. H1~ND. j
