FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~3vs
THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on the 4th day of May,
1976, and the husband having appeared with counsel and a default
having been entered against the wife for failing to file or
serve an anwwer or other pleading. And the Court hatiing given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of
this suit; that the relations of the husband and wife now exist
between the parties; the equities are-with the husband and against
the wife, and the husband is entitled to.dissolution of marriage.

~ ORDERED AND AD?TUDGED as follows:

! 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the

! husband, gEGINALD QUILLET, and the wife, MARY ANN QUILLET, be .

and the same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each

heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
