(c) Unless the Defendants, within ten (10) days from the

sell the praperty as described above to the highest and best bidder
for cash, at public sale at the front door of the St. Lucie

County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, free and clear and `
discharged of any and all claims, liens, encumbrances, rights,
equities, and interests of the Defendants, and all persons, firms,; ,
or corporations claiminq by, through, or under the Defendants,
except subject to a prior mortgage held by the Sun Bank of St. i

Lucie County, filed Diay 23, 1974, and recorded in O. R. Book 227,
at Page 2508, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~

The sale is to be held at 11:00 A. M. on the day of

from the date of this Final Judgment, all as provided for by

(d) That out of the proceeds arising from the sale of the
