O R D E R
- This matter havin~ come before the Court upon the verified
Petition for Modification of the Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage
entered by this Court on March 14, 1973 filed herein by the husband,
THOMAS BAILEY, and the Court havin~ reviewed the Consent to Change.of

Child Custody and Amendment of Fin~l Judgment Dissolution of Marriage ;
signed by the wife, KATHLEEN C. BAILEY~ and introduced into evidence
by the husband, and it appearing that there is no opposition to the
Petition for Modification and that the wife has consented to the
Petition for Modification and has~further consented to these proceed-
ings taking place ex ap rte. it is Chereupon ordered and adjudged that
the Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage entered by this Court on
; March 14, 1973 insofar as it relates to the custody of TRACY LYNN
~ -
; BAILEY and WAYNE ALBERT BAILEY is hereby modified so that custody of
~
~ TRACY LYNN BAILEY and WAYNE ALBERT BAILEY shall be awarded to the
}
~
= husband. THOMAS BAILEY,subject to the wife's, KATHLEEN C. BAILEY'S,
~
~ right of liberal visitation privileges. :
~
~ The Final Jud~ment Dissolution of Marriage previously entered
~ .
~ by-this Court, in all other respects shall remain unchanged and in full
~
~ force and effect.
