ORDER ADMITTING WILL TO PROBATE AND OF
SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION DISTRIBUTION
This matter coming on this day to be heard upon the ~
petition of Rosemary Hoven For summary administration with will,
and it appearing to the court that the last will and testament
of Morris O. Hoven has been duly proved and should be admitted -
to probate and•record by this court, and it further appearing
to the court that the ciecedent died on February 18, 1976 and
that the material allegations of the petition are true and
that an order should be entered admitting said last will to
probate and record and directing summary administration distri-
bution, it is, therefore, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the last will and testament
of Morris O. Hoven, deceased, be and the same is hereby admitted
to probate and record in this court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all of the assets
of the decedent be immediately distributed to the decedent's
surviving spouse and sole beneficiary, Rosemary Hov~n, 2023
St. Lucie Boulevard, Lot 180, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, who
is now the rightful owner thereof.
