Charles R. P. Brown, who first being duly sworn on oath deposes and says ~
as follows:
1. That he is an attorney at law admitted to prectice ~
in the state of Florida and practicing in St. Lucie County, Florida. .
2. That he was personally acquainted with Walter J.
Pinkstone and Verlie L. Pinkstone, his wife.
3. That he knows of his knowledge that on July 27, 1971,
the date on which an Assignment of Mo~tgage was mede by Walter Pinkstone
to "Walter J. Pinkstone Veriie L. Pinksto~e", which Assignment of Mortgage
was recorded on July 28, 1971, at 0. R. Book 194, Page 875 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, the said Walter J. Pinkstone and
Verlie J. Pinkstone, were husband and wife and that your affiant further
knows of his own knowledge that the said parties continuously maintained ~
the relationship of husband and wife from the aforesaid date to the date
of death of the said Walter J. Pinkstone, on June 5, 1973. -
