DON TAYLOR I~CI~ANICAL, the lienor and holder of that certain
Claim of Lien filed by DON TAYLOR MECF~NICAL, the lienor, against
FORT PIERCE JAI ALAI, INC., bearing date the 26th day of August,
1974, and recorded in Official Record Book 231 at Page 723 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, claiming a
lien in the sum of E•ighty-seven Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-four
Dollars and Forty-six Cents ($87,824.46) upon the following described
real property lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit~
That certain parcel lying in Section 13, Township
35 South, Range 39 East, more particularly described
in Official Record Book 204 at Fage 2156 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
has received full payment of said Claim of Lien, and does hereby
acknowledge satisfaction of said Claim of Lien, and hereby directs
the Clerk of the Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
