KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

AQUA RA, INC., a Florida Corporati~n and AQUA RABELLA ASSOCIATES, ;
a Florida Partnership, hereinafter referred to as Mortgaqors, "
as referred to in that certain Modification and Consolidation '
Agreement, bearing date the 31st day of March, 1975, and recorded ~
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record
Book 238, Page 1953, entered into an agreement ~ith Windmill
Villaqes of America, Inc., a Florida Corporation, hereinafter
re£erred to as Mortgaqee, and its $s~ign~; th~ premises cov~erzd
by said obligation being partcicularly described therein and
for the purpose of securing the payment of the sum of $751,027.39,

AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagors have reqeaested the said '
Mortqagee to release the premises hereinafter described from
the lien and operation of said Modification and Consolidation
Agreement: ~ .
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and 'of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to it in hand paid by, or on behalf
of, the said mortgagors do remise, release, quit-claim~ exonerate
and discfiarge from the lien and operation of said Modific~ti~n
and Consolidation Agreement unto the said mortqagors its heirs,
successors-and assigns that certain portion of the premises
encumbered by esid agreement:
The Southerly 80 feet of the Northerly 1030 feet as
.measured lineally along State Road A-1-A of Government
Lots 6 and 7, Section 11, and Governtc~ent Lot 2(Zess
right of •~ay of State Road A-1-A as in Official Records
Book 74, Page 462, St. Lucie~County, Florida,public records)
Section 12, all in Township 37 South, Range 41 East, St. •
Lncie County, Florida, lying West of said State Road A-1-A.
TO HAVE AND TO•HOLD the sam~,~with the appurtenances, unto
i the said mortgagors, its heirs and assigns forever, freed, exonerated
f and discharged of and from the lien and encumbrance of the aforesaid
! agreement, and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless,
~ that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or
~ diminish the effect, lien or encumbr~nce of the aforesaid Aqreement
~ on the remaining part of said encuinbered premises, not hereby re-
~ leased therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the lienors.
~ ZN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has hereunto set its
hand and hes caused these presents to be executed in it.s name, and
~ its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by its pro er officers
