That the party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
and other good and valuable considerations, to it in hand paid by the party of the Second
Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledc~ed, has granted, bar~ained ane~ sold to the
said party of the SPcond Part, their heirs, and assigns forever. the follovring described
real property, and rights and interests as set forth belo~v and in real property located

Book 203, page 1837; and O.R. Book 226, page 395, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. As provided for by the Cendc~minium Act of the Statutes of the State
of Florida (Chapter 711, et seq., 1965) said description in this conveyance includes,
but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the Condomin~u~?~ Parcel above described,
including the limited corunon elements assigned thereto, and including the undivided
interest in the common elements of said Coniiominium. _
