THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me on May 4,
1976, upon Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Answers to Inter-
.rogatories. The Court finds that Interrogatories were served ~
upon the Defendant-Counterplainti~f on February 26, 1976. The -
Court further finds that the Defendant-Counterplaintiff has
failed to answer same within the time prescribed by law. The
Court, therefore, being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant-Counterplaintiff
shall have until May 9, 1976 to comply with and answer the . . ~
; Interrogatories pxeviously propounded to it by the Plaintiff-

C Counterdefendant, and in the event that Defendant-Counterplaintiff

i fails to do so, it shall be held in contempt of this Court and
~ subject to further sanctions pursuant to Rule 1.380 of the
Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
