AND SUPPLY, INC., Defendant, KRAUSS & CRANE, INC., and Defendant,
JACK L~. STALEY, in this cause, and to those claiming by, through,
under or against the aforesaid Defendants whose claim arose since

on the property concerned herein and described hereinafter, by reason
of that certain mortgage and promissory note dated October 23, 1974,
