7. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this ~
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the clerk if Plaintiff
is not the purchaser of the property at the sale. If the Plaintiff
is the purchaser, the clerk shall credit Plaintiff's bid with the
.total sum with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this
judgment or such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full. ~
8. On filing the certificate of title the clerk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are suffici~nt
by paying: first, all of the Plaintiff's costs; second, documentary
stamps affixed to the certificate; third, Plaintiff's attorneys!
fees; fourth, the total sum due_to Plaintiffs less the items paid
plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this date to the
date of-the sale; and by retaining any amount remaining pending the
further order of this court. ~
9. Upon confirmation of the sale, whether b_y the Clerk ~
filing the Certificate of Title herein or by Order of the Court
; ruling upon objections to the sale, all the Defendants, and all

~ parties c,laiming by, through, under or against them are forever

~ bar~red and foreclosed of and from all right, title and interest,

~ claim,lien, equity, demand and equity of redemption of any kind;

~ character or nature whatsoever in and to the property herein described, ~

~ and the purchaser at the sale, hi:s representatives or assigns, shall

~ be let into possession of the property, and the said Defendants and
