ordered sold shall not be sold by a sufficient amount to pay the
costs and amounts due and herein orde red to be paid, the Clerk of _
this Court shall regort the same to the Court and such further
Orders shall be made on such report as to this Court shall deem
proper. ~
12. That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause,
to settle all other vuestions under the Bill of Complaint and the
proceedings herein, not settled by this or previous ordeYS in this
cause, and as to ths Court shall seem proper~ and as the circumstances
shall require including without limitation, writs of assistance and
deficiency judgments.
