of the defendant JACKSON COURTRIGHT, et al, for disbursement
of funds as to Parcel 116 and it appearing to the Court that
the United States of America, Ve~eran's Administration, the
holder of a mortgage lien, has waived any right to a portion
~ of said proceeds, and that there are no other parties interested
in said award, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, -

it is thereupon,

i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Court

- disburse from funds deposited by the Plaintiff as to Parcel
~ 116 the sum of $8,900.00 to JACKSON M. COURTRIGHT and BONNIE
