The undersiqned Petitioner alleges: 334~~6
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above-styled estate
as nominated personal representative and as sole devisee.
Petitioner's name and address are as follows:
ELEANOR BARKDULL TRUEMAN
1511. Linwood Avenue
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450
2. Howard Augustus Trueman, Jr.~, whose last known address
was 1511 Linwood Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, died tes-
tate on August 26, 1975, at Fort Pierce,. Florida, domiciled in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. As far as is known, petitioner who is over eighteen
(18) years of age and the surviving spouse of the decedent, is
the sole beneficiary of this estate.
4. Venue of this proceedinq is in the above-described county
i because decedent died domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florid~. .

j 5. On September 5, 1975, the decedent's will was admitted
~ to probate and an order of administration unnecessary was entered
f by this court snbsequent to a previous petition for probate of
will by Qetitioner.
~ 6. Subse uent to entr of the aforesaid order of robate

~ and order of administration unnecessary, it has come to the at-
~ tention af p~titioner that because of a fire which destroyed -
k the corporate records of REBS Groves, Inc., a Florida corpora-
~ tion in which the decedent had an interest as a stockholder,
there is some doubt as to how decedent held such interest, viz,
~ whether as a tenant by the entirety with petitioner or in -
~ his sole name. The value of decedent's interest in the stock
€ of the aforesaid corporation is in excess of $10,000.00.
~ 7. Petitioner requests that she be appointed personal~
representative without bond of the estate of the above decedznt.
~ Under penalty of perjury I declare that I have read the
~ foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of my know-
~ ledge and belief. ~ - .
