DECLARATION OF TRUST
I, LAMON L. WHIDDON, of 609 N. E: 12Tth Street, North Miami
Florida; being the Executor under the Last Will and Testament of -
LESTER LEE WHIDDON and the recipient oP property devised by the
said~LESTER LEE WHIDDON to LAMON L. WHIDDON as Trustee do hereby
- establish and publish this Truat pursuant to the requirements of
the aforesaid 2ast Will and Testament as folloxs, to-wit:
1. This Trust is Por use and benefit oP my siter,
CLYDE LEE FOSTER and shall be known and referred
to as "THE CLYDE LEE FOSTER TRUST".
2. This Trust shall terminate upon the ~eath oP my
sister CLYDE LEE FOSTER. -
3. The Trustee of this Trust during the term of this Trust
- shall pay over to CLYDE LEE FOSTER the sum of ~500.00
per month starting on~the lst day of Apri1,A.D. 1976
~ ;
- and continuing on the ls~ oP each aucceeding month

; ~ thereafter for the life of my said sister CLYDE LEE

€ 4. The said Trustee upon the death of my said sister

~ CLYDE LEE FOSTER shall pay the entire remaining

to LAMON L. WHIDDON, an individual, his heirs,
~ successors and assignes as soon as practicable upon
