This cause came on for trial on M a y 11, 1976, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines; This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between-the parties; and that the~marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follo~ws : ; 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CARL LEE i GRAY and LILLIE MAE GRAY, be, and the same is herehy dissolved,-and i I i the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds ( ~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations ~ t ~ arising therefrom. - 2. CUS~TODY. That the Court awards custody of the minor child, - NANCY ELIZABETH GRAY,. to the Wife, LILLIE MAE GRAY, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to CARL LEE GRAY, the Husband. 3. JURISDICTION.
