FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
THIS CAUST came on for final hearing on the 4th day of May, ~
1976, and the Wife having appeared with counsel end a default
- ;
having been entered against the Husband for failing.to file or
serve an answer or other pleading. And the Court having given
;
full consideration to all the~evidence, fin3s and determines: ~
~
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter of ~
this suit; that the relations of Husband ar3d Wife now ex.ist between
the parties; the equities are with the Wife and against the Husband,
and the Wife is entitled to.dissolution of marriage. It is
thereupon -
ORDER~ and AD~TUDGEt~ as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Wife, ~
MAUREEN ERMIN HOLDER SINGLETARY, and the Husband, LEVANCE SINGI.ETARY, ~
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each- ~
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here- ~
~
tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. ,
2. PERSONAL PROPERTY. That the bedroom suite, book cabinet
and two end tables presently in the possession of the Husband are
hereby awarded to the Wife and the Husband is ordered to immediately ~
. ;
Ce,~vey to the Wife all of said items. `

3• PAYMENT OF BILLS. That the loan to Ritter Loan Company ~
in the amount af NINE HUNDRID DOLLARS (~900) shall be the respons-
ibility of the Husband and the Husband is hereby ordered to pay t
said laan and hold the Wife harmless for a ent~f same. ~
