FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard for final hearing c~n the 4th
day of May, 1976, and the husband having appeared with.counsel and
a default having been entered against the wife for failing to file or
serve an answer or other pleading. And the Court having given
consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This ~
Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and the sub~ect matter of this
suit; that the relations of husband and wife now exist between the
~parties; the equities are with the husband and against th~ wife,
and the husband is entitled to di.ssolution of marriage.
It i~ thereupon ~ .
ORDERID AND ADJUDGID as follows:
1. DISSOLUTIQN OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the husband,
KFafNENTH ALLEN SMITH, and the wife, LELIA ALICE SMITH, be and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto forth existing between
them and from the obligations ar~sing therefrom.
2. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida this
