ORDER AUTHOKIZING SALE OF REAL ESTATE
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court upon the
Petition of NANCY M. CONDON, as Personal Representative of the estate
of Kellison T, Condon, deceased, and the Court having determined that
it is in the best interest of the estate that the asset of the
estate be sold in order to provide funds with which to pay debts and
administrative expenses herein, that the best interest of the estate
wi-11 be served by a sale of the property at private sale and that the
sale should~be for the sum of ~ventx Five Thousand One Hundred and
Fifty ($25,150.00~ Do~lars, to ROLAND A. WEBBER and E. LUCILLE WEBB~R,
cash, less prorations for taxes and insurance at the time of closing,
it therefore is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that NANCY M. CONDON, is authorized
to sell the following described property, to-wit:
