WHEREAS, a number of the immediate neighbors appeared at said ~
heara.ng and testified to the deplorable condition of the building
and to the fact that it was a nuisance, and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners has determined
from the report of the Zoning Director and the statements of the
neighbors at said hearing that said building is unsafe and
constitu~es a nuisance and that the cost of restoration would exceed
fifty (~0$) percent of the value thereof after restoration.
NQW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this .
llth day of May, 1976 as follows:

be assessed against said land.
