This cause having come before the Court on a M~tion for Order of
Contempt, and the Court having heard all of the evidence and being fully .
advised in the premises and finding that EDWARD VERNON GADDY has failed to
~ comply with the Order of this Cour[ entered in this cause on the 13th day of
February, 1976,-in that he has failed to pay attorney'"s fees of $300.00 and
costs of $38.00 to JOHN EDGAR SHERRARD, Esquire, as the aforesaid Order
provided, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That EDWARD VERNON GADDY is in conten~t of this Court for failing'
to comply with the Order of February 13, 1976, in this cause.
2. That EDWARD VERNON GADDY may purge himself of this contempt by
paying to JOHN EDGAR SHERRARD, Esquire, the sum of $338.00 within twentq (20)
days of the~date of this Order, and if he should fully purge himself by doing

; such, he shall no longer be in contempt of this Court. .
