HENDRY, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARP.IAGE THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on May 12, 1976, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds ~ and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit, that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties, and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ , ORDERED AND ADJUDCED as follows: : 1. The marriage between HARLAN C. HENDRY and BRENDA K. ~ ~ HENDRY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and ~ ~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds'af matrimony E ~ ~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations ~ arising therefrom. ~ ¢ 2. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement ~ executed by the pa~ties on the 26th day of April, 1976, and ~ ~ introduced into evidence marked Petitioner's Exhibit A, was ~ ~ freely entered into by the parties after a full disclosure ~ under the circumstances that appear from the evidence to be , . ~ ~ for the best interests of thz parties and their minor child; ; ; and in its entirety the Agreement is incorporated by reference s 4 into this judgment, and the parties are hereby Ordered to > ~ comply with all the terms hereof. ~ ; 3.
